Front Desk Lead Sales Associate
Location: Fitness 1440 Mt Juliet
Job Type: Part-time
Pay Range: $13-$15 /Hour plus commission
Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends. Between 20-25 hours per week
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized individual to be the welcoming face of our gym. As a Front Desk Lead Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, helping them feel at home while driving membership sales and supporting daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Handle check-ins, class bookings, and membership inquiries
- Promote and sell memberships, retail products, and services
- Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with customer questions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Provide tours to prospective members and explain gym offerings
- Process payments and manage member accounts
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive gym cultureQualifications
- Previous customer (1-2 years) service or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using scheduling and POS software
- Passion for fitness and helping lead others
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
