NovaScale Consulting Inc., a sales and development firm, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Representative in San Diego to drive our community event strategy and bring essential mobile connectivity to our bilingual customers through in-person engagement. The Bilingual Sales Representative will also help our customers understand their options and sign up for services that keep them connected to work, family, and opportunity.
As a Bilingual Sales Representative, you’ll connect with our customers at events, retail stores, and community outreach locations, introducing them to affordable wireless solutions that keep them connected to what matters most. The Bilingual Sales Representative’s approach will turn curiosity into adoption, driving sales growth while making these essential services accessible to everyone.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Sales Representative
- Represent mobile connectivity solutions at community events and sales campaigns by delivering engaging, bilingual customer interactions.
- Connect with our customers in person and clearly explain the value of affordable mobile services in an approachable way.
- Support sales growth by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate service options.
- Build trust with customers by providing personalized assistance in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with customer enrollment and sales activities and ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through service activation.
- Promote customer satisfaction through attentive support, relationship building, and consistent sales communication.
Qualifications of the Bilingual Sales Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Experience in sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills that support relationship-building and sales growth.
- Comfortable engaging customers in event-based and promotional environments.
Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,200.00 per month
