This is a full-time W-2 position paying $17+ per hour, plus performance bonuses and employee benefits offered. No previous sales experience is required—we provide the training and coaching.
What You'll Do
- Represent Brightside Windows in Fort Collins-area neighborhoods
- Start conversations with homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Introduce our window solutions and generate interest
- Schedule free in-home consultations
- Track your activity and results from your smartphone
- Work alongside a team toward individual and shared goals

Who We're Looking For
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone
- Confident and comfortable talking to new people
- Competitive, dependable, and coachable
- Motivated by goals and performance
- Comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors
Sales experience isn't required. Backgrounds in restaurants, retail, hospitality, athletics, fitness, customer service, and other team-oriented environments can translate well into this role.
