Coordinating all parts orders via phone and computer websites to ensure we are acquiring the correct parts.
Working closely with the technicians to ensure the vehicles are fixed 100% of the time, the very first time.
we sell a lots of warranty every month and we want to bring our customer back for service and warranty claim here.
Working closely with the General Manager on the status of the vehicles being repaired, RO costs and track the time it takes to get the cars through the shop.
