What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
- Handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Balance and audit the day’s accounts and prepare reports
- Ensure a secure and quiet overnight environment
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver top-notch guest service
What We’re Looking For:
*✔ A strong attendance record – reliability is a must!
*✔ Friendly, customer-first attitude
*✔ Detail-oriented with basic computer skills
*✔ Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
*✔ Previous hotel or front desk experience is a plus (but not required!)
