About Us:
Garnet Hotels is expanding its team at our Hilton-brand property and is looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician. This role ensures that the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and guest rooms remain in excellent condition to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry

Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently

Conduct daily property walks to identify and address repair needs

Assist with room preventive maintenance (PM) according to Hilton brand standards

Maintain pool, fitness center, and other facility equipment (if applicable)

Work with the Chief Engineer or GM to manage work orders and prioritize tasks

Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and hotel procedures

Support emergency maintenance needs as required

Requirements:
Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred (Hilton experience is a plus)

Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

High school diploma or trade certification preferred
