Union Hospitality Group is currently hiring Front of House team members for one of our hospitality venues in Southampton, NY.
We are looking for energetic, hospitality-driven individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and take pride in delivering great guest experiences.
Our venue combines restaurant, bar, and nightlife energy, serving both a loyal local clientele and the Hamptons’ busy seasonal audience.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Servers
- Bartenders
- Hosts / Hostesses
- Food Runners
- Bussers / Support Staff

What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests
- Work collaboratively with the service and kitchen teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Help create a positive and energetic dining atmosphere
- Uphold hospitality standards and guest service expectations
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A genuine passion for hospitality and providing memorable guest experiences
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and seasonal shifts

Physical Requirements
