For over 50 years, Adam & Eve has been a trusted source for adult novelties, sexual health and wellness, and lingerie. We have 15 locally owned and operated franchise locations in North and South Carolina. We are currently looking for part-time and full-time sales associates in our Durham, NC location.
If you're outgoing, mature, and have some sales and customer service skills, this job is for you!
We’ll provide you with extensive product and sales training. All you need to bring is your willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and the ability to help others. We offer a bonus plan, employee discounts, and other perks.
Part-time: Must be willing/able to work 20+ hours per week.
Full-time: Must be willing/able to work at least 32 hours per week.
We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. We are open on all other national holidays. Must be willing to work holiday hours in December and February.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Ability to talk to people
- Desire to help teach other people the benefits of our products
- Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable products and promotions.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage the cash drawer with accuracy.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure attractive displays; assist with product demos when needed.
- Maintain high levels of customer service, answer questions, and resolve basic issues.
- Coordinate with team members, support inventory checks, and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
