We are seeking to add one full-time permanent position to our Parts Pulling Team. This is a 1st shift position Monday - Friday. Our Parts Pulling Team plays a critical role in ensuring our parts go out as described in a timely manner. Our salary is 100% commission and is very competitive with a high earning potential. We start off at $17/hr (or more depending on experience) while training. We also offer health insurance as well as an IRA plan with company match after 90 days.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Attention to Detail
- Automotive Experience a Plus
- Positive, Professional Attitude
- Team Player
- Your Own Tools (we will help you get started)
- Current, Valid MI Driver’s License
Summary of the Position:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the careful removal of parts in a fast paced work environment. Parts are removed from dismantled and non-dismantled cars in all weather conditions year round. High attention to detail is a key component to ensure the quality of our parts. Organization and communication are of the utmost importance. The potential candidate must be SELF MOTIVATED with a goal-oriented focus.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Removing parts from vehicles in the yard in a timely fashion
- Ability to multi-task and time management skills
- Ability to work on a wide variety of vehicles
- Maintain timely communication with co-workers
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
