About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth in NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) equipment sales. This role is responsible for developing new accounts, expanding relationships with existing customers, and serving as a trusted resource across an assigned territory. You’ll play a vital role in building customer partnerships, delivering tailored solutions, and positioning yourself as the go-to expert to support both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.

Analyze assigned territory to identify sales potential and drive market growth.

Plan and execute effective sales calls and customer visits.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.

Manage the sales process from quotation through order fulfillment.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company guidelines.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.

Maintain accurate records of opportunities, pipeline activity, and account progress.

Act as a consultative partner, providing technical knowledge and solutions to customers.

Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance targets.
Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of outside sales experience, ideally with technical equipment or industrial products.

Familiarity with NDT testing methods. NDT certifications are preferred.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a full sales cycle.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
