Duties
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, including document management and record keeping
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software tools.
- Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings for staff members
- Support office management activities such as supply inventory, ordering materials, and maintaining a clean workspace
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Support personal assistant duties when needed, including travel arrangements or special project assistance
Experience
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently through effective prioritization and multitasking
- Previous clerical or administrative experience that highlights strong typing skills, proofreading abilities, and customer service excellence
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
