Pro Xteriors is expanding throughout Central Indiana and is seeking experienced, professional installation crews to perform residential exterior remodeling projects.
We are looking for established crews that operate with professionalism, take pride in their craftsmanship, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. If your crew has extensive experience installing replacement windows, doors, siding, and possibly gutters, we'd like to consider your team becoming an installation contractor for Pro-Xteriors.
As an independent contractor, you'll install premium exterior remodeling products while working with a company committed to quality, communication, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
As a installation contractor, you will:
- Perform accurate measures following the initial sale to verify product specifications before ordering.
- Install residential replacement windows, entry & patio doors, and siding ( gutters preferred but not required
- Schedule customer measurements and installation appointments.
- Maintain accurate project updates using Pro Xteriors' project management software.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and the Pro Xteriors team throughout every project.
- Complete all installations according to manufacturer specifications and Pro Xteriors quality standards.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites.
- Deliver exceptional workmanship and customer service on every project.
Qualified contractors must provide:
- Active LLC
- Current business license(s), as required
- General Liability Insurance
- Workers' Compensation Insurance (if applicable)
- Reliable vehicles
- Trailer(s) for transporting materials
- Metal brake and all other professional tools and equipment necessary to complete window, door, and siding
- Designated Crew Lead capable of effectively communicating in spoken and written English to perform the essential communication duties of the role.
- Technology (smart phone, tablet, etc.) capable of using our scheduling and project management software
