Horizon Infusions is seeking an Associate Sales Liaison to join our growing Dayton market. This is an entry-level medical sales opportunity designed for someone who is motivated to learn, build relationships, and grow within the organization.You'll learn the infusion sales process while working alongside and receiving mentorship from one of Horizon's top-performing sales professionals.

Horizon Infusions is Ohio's largest network of infusion centers, providing convenient, patient-centered infusion therapy for individuals with chronic and complex conditions. Our clinical and business development teams work closely with patients, providers, and healthcare practices to improve access to high-quality infusion care.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with physician practices, clinical teams, and referral partners throughout the Dayton market
- Educate healthcare providers and their teams about Horizon Infusions' services
- Support business development and referral growth within the territory
- Conduct outreach and follow up with prospective and existing referral partners
- Partner closely with Horizon's clinical, intake, and sales teams
- Track outreach and relationship activity using CRM tools
- Learn the fundamentals of infusion therapy sales and healthcare business development
Who We're Looking For
We especially encourage candidates with a nursing, pharmacy, medical assistant, pharmaceutical, infusion, or other clinical/healthcare background who are interested in moving into medical sales. Ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional, outgoing, and self-motivated approach
- Strong customer service skills
- An interest in sales, business development, and healthcare growth
- The ability to build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, office managers, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn CRM software
- Previous sales or business development experience is a plus
