Level: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Shift: Monday-Friday from 2pm-10pm
The Field Area Supervisor performs oversight duties of various customer accounts in a designated area and are expected to frequently travel, have extensive client interactions and effectively communicate with employees and contractors. They provide onsite support and leadership to ensure quality outcomes and customer expectations are met.

Manages the cleaning and sanitation operations within a designated area of customer facilities.

Supervise cleaning teams, including Janitorial Technicians and other staff assigned to the cleaning of the facility.

Provides performance expectations, support and guidance to assigned teams.

Ensures adherence to sanitation standards, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

Fosters a positive relationship with all internal and external customers and clients.

Conducts regular site visits.

Stays informed about industry regulations, trends, and compliance requirements for sanitation, cleaning chemicals and infection control.

Trains, mentors and develops cleaning staff including but not limited to safety protocols, security and privacy.

Develops and maintains emergency planning for various customers.

Manages inventory including but not limited to cleaning supplies, disinfectants and equipment.

Prepare and submit regular reports on cleaning services, sanitation compliance and staff performance to the senior leadership team.

Addresses and resolves any issues or concerns about cleaning services promptly and effectively.

Provides facilities programming and data updates in appropriate applications such as Route Pulse, Monday.com.

Assists with cleaning of facilities including but not limited to interior of buildings, floors, carpet rugs, windows and walls.

Performs minor repairs on machinery, equipment and tools.

Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment.

Adheres to, has knowledge of and enforces all company policies, procedures and practices.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous in janitorial or custodial services.

Ability to utilizes and navigate online applications for time entry and other updates of cleaning jobs.

Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.

Knowledge of safety guidelines when working with chemical cleaners.

Excellent time management skills.

Strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to be respective of customer facilities.

Willingness to be flexible and work additional shifts and days of the week, including holiday and weekends, as needed.

Frequently required to stand 6 to 8 hours a day consistently.

Frequently required to move up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Must be able to occasionally move more than 60 pounds with assistance.

Ability to consistently bend, stoop, kneel and reach overhead.

Ability to consistently move about the facility.

Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance or access to reliable transportation.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
