Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and sales-focused Promotions Associate to represent our clients, engage with prospective customers, and support promotional campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and sales. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, presenting products and services, and working toward measurable performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients and their products or services at promotional events and community locations.
- Engage directly with prospective customers and create positive first impressions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Generate leads and support customer acquisition and sales initiatives.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Distribute promotional materials and support in-person marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with interested customers to support sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve promotional and sales goals.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people.
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
