Café Marquesa is seeking a passionate, service-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team. Located in the heart of Old Town Key West, Café Marquesa is known for refined cuisine, thoughtful hospitality, and an intimate dining experience that reflects the charm and sophistication of our historic setting.
The Restaurant Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations, supporting service standards, developing team members, and helping create exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support front-of-house operations during service
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Support and coach servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Resolve guest concerns with confidence, professionalism, and empathy
- Ensure service flows efficiently and consistently throughout each shift
- Conduct table visits and engage with guests to enhance the dining experience
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members
- Support wine and beverage service standards
- Communicate effectively with culinary and hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Help maintain a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
- Fine dining or upscale hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead by example and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Basic wine, cocktail, and food knowledge preferred
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
