About the Role:
We are hiring a dependable, strong classroom presence to join our growing preschool program. This role requires someone who can confidently manage a mixed aged-group, lead curriculum, and contribute to a structured, high-quality learning environment.
This Is NOT a Daycare Role:
We focus on intentional teaching, structured routines, and helping children build independence, social skills, and critical thinking through play-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily classroom routines and learning blocks
- Manage group behavior with confidence and consistency
- Implement and adapt curriculum activities
- Support children with potty training and daily care needs
- Maintain classroom organization, safety, and engagement
- Work collaboratively with team to ensure smooth daily flow
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior preschool or childcare center experience (lead experience preferred)
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Understands how to balance structure with play-based learning
- Reliable, professional, and takes initiative
- Aligns with a team-focused, growth-oriented environment

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
