Retention Specialist
Allstate is a leader in the insurance industry, offering a full range of insurance and investment advisory services. We are seeking an energetic and motivated candidate to join our team as a Retention Specialist.
Job Description:
Retention Specialist will be responsible for providing support to existing clients and onboard new clients by answering incoming calls, emails, and other communications related to client retention. The Retention Specialist will also be responsible for providing support to current clients by answering questions about the services we offer, and by providing information about new products and features offered by our agency.
Job Qualifications:
Retention Specialist must have a minimum of two years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Retention Specialist must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with all clients, as well as with other internal departments.
