Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant food service team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in hospitality, sales, and food handling within a dynamic café or quick-service setting. Position requires mainly daytime hours.
Cashiering main duties:
- Ring up and cashing out customers' orders
- Answering phones and questions from customers
- Keeping up with the money that in the assigned drawer
- Keeping the immediate area tidy and professional
Service line duties:
- Traying/Bagging meals that come from the kitchen and ensure the orders are correct
- Bussing and maintaining the dining area
Floor duties:
- Bus tables
- Light washing of dishes
- Filling up sauces and other condiments
Pay: $12.75 - $15.00 per hour
