We are searching for a dependable team player to collaborate on group projects, but also be capable of meeting individual deadlines using follow-up skills.
The position is responsible for:

Engaging in resident communications both in-person and via digital platforms.

Presenting professionally the features and benefits of their assigned property.

Properly securing lease agreements from qualified persons.

Coordinating the community's marketing via social media.

Prior residential leasing experience preferred

Job Type - Full-time
Pay - $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule - 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed
Ability to Commute to Blacksburg as needed for meetings and/or training (Required)
