Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while assisting with the preparation and presentation of our signature ice cream creations. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream flavors, toppings, and specialty creations with precision and care
- Prepare and design custom ice cream cakes, cookies, and cupcakes,
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and display cases
- Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure a welcoming environment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and ingredients
- Support team members during peak hours by sharing responsibilities and maintaining efficiency
- Uphold brand standards by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required—training will be provided
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for creating joyful experiences for guests
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while staying organized
