Success in this role is measured by team pipeline health, responsiveness, task completion, call activity, documentation accuracy, and the consistent advancement of cases toward resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and advance cases within a shared team pipeline to ensure timely progression
- Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound client calls, emails, and follow‑ups
- Execute daily tasks according to priority, deadlines, and compliance requirements
- Identify stalled cases, missing documentation, or client inactivity and take action
- Conduct client intake, CIS interviews, and collect required financial documentation
- Maintain accurate case notes, records, and audit‑ready files in the CRM
- Prepare cases for licensed tax professional review and resolution
- Collaborate with team members to balance workload and support pipeline health
- Follow all SOPs, compliance standards, and data security protocols
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to handle frequent client calls and follow‑ups
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment
- Flexible, coachable, and adaptable to change
- Prior experience in customer service, case management, call centers, or financial services preferred.
Benefits:
- Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 60 days of employment.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay.
- 401(k) Matching for long-term financial security.
- Career Growth Opportunities – Alleviate Tax is expanding, and we’re eager to promote from within.
- Fun and Lively Work Environment – We pride ourselves on a positive and supportive culture.
- Beautiful office location in Irvine, CA.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay starting at $21.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
