Position: Part Time Assistant Property Manager **15-20 hours per week**

HOPE Management is on the lookout for a standout individual who is committed for the long term, smart, ambitious, organized, and has a knack for connecting with people. This individual will assist in overseeing the management of our family subsidized apartment community in Payette, dedicated to providing affordable quality housing for families.
Your Role Involves:
- Tech Proficiency: Software knowledge in applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel, alongside basic math skills required.
- Financial Management: Take the lead on rent collections, application processing, and leasing units with efficiency.
- Administrative Expertise: Manage annual recertifications, send out 3rd party verification documents, and handle move-outs smoothly.
- Inspections and Community Building: Perform regular inspections and organize community activities that bring our residents together.
- Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance technicians to ensure the community is well-maintained and resident needs are met promptly.
- Communication Mastery: Issue lease violations, other notices, and keep open lines of communication with supervisors.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LIHTC or USDA Rural Development Programs is a bonus but not required.
