We are seeking an upbeat, energetic and friendly individual with great communication skills to fill our full time_ CSR aka Customer Service Representative position_ at our boutique commercial insurance agency.
A little about us; we are a family-run commercial insurance agency that specializes in transportation mostly on the West Coast. The insurance agency started in 1989 and continues to run and grow each year!
Successful candidate will have insurance experience and knowledge of agency management software ie SalesForce, Applied Epic, Etc.
Candidate must be trustworthy as we deal with high premium (insurance) clients and are hands on with private business and personal information.
Skills:
Must have a professional phone manner
Must be familiar with Microsoft office, Applied Epic or similar AMS
Bilingual English/Spanish a big plus
Qualifications:
2 years working in an office environment
High School diploma required. Some college a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Applied Epic or similar AMS a plus
