Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven, highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our Burlington, NC facility. This role demands a hands-on leader who can seamlessly manage day-to-day warehouse workflows—including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping—while prioritizing safety and speed.
As a vital link in our high-velocity supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring 100% inventory accuracy using Oracle NetSuite and building a high-performing warehouse team capable of scaling alongside our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics workflows, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on schedule.
- Inventory Integrity: Leverage Oracle NetSuite to manage real-time inventory counts, conduct routine cycle counts, minimize discrepancies, and optimize stock levels.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Space & Layout Optimization: Design and implement warehouse layout improvements to maximize spatial efficiency, streamline picking paths, and accommodate rapid inventory turnover.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate closely with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to prepare for incoming freight and align fulfillment goals with business targets.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and local facility safety regulations, ensuring a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent hands-on management experience will be considered).
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in warehouse management or operations supervision, preferably within construction materials, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency utilizing Oracle NetSuite or a comparable advanced WMS/ERP system is highly preferred. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build, motivate, and manage operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate or oversee the operation of material-handling equipment (forklift certification is a plus).

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
