Responsibilities
Maintenance & Landscaping Build Work
- Perform weekly lawn maintenance services
- Assist with landscaping build projects (mulch, rock, plantings, small installs, etc.)
- Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles
- Experience preferred (but not necessary for the right candidate )
Crew Leadership (if applicable)
- Lead 1–3 technicians
- Assign tasks and maintain pace
- Train new team members on equipment, safety, and quality standards
Equipment Handling
- Perform daily equipment checks
- Clean, fuel, and secure equipment after each job
Customer Service
- Greet clients professionally
- Handle minor concerns and escalate when needed
Quality & Safety
- Perform final walkthroughs to ensure quality
- Enforce all safety protocols and PPE use
- must pass pre-employment drug screen
Reporting
- Log jobs, time, and notes using mobile app or paperwork
- Provide feedback on crew performance, client needs, and route efficiency
