Staff Validation Engineer
Level 1 Validation Engineer or Specialist
Locations: Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Kansas, North Carolina | Level 1 | Reports to Division Director or Manager
Built by the military community, for the military community. The hiring partner is 100 percent employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), which means every employee earns company stock at no cost as part of compensation, building real long-term wealth alongside salary. The firm's founder and COO are both Navy Nukes, and as a military spouse, I see the alignment between Naval Nuclear training and this work directly. The military community is built into how these hires are made
The Role
A Level 1 role across several United States hubs, executing validation deliverables and protocols and learning the regulatory framework with guidance from senior engineers.
- Implement good engineering, technical, quality, and scientific principles across commissioning, qualification, and validation in FDA-regulated manufacturing.

- Execute test protocols, including identification and resolution of non-conformances and deviations, to defined objectives and timelines within a project team.
- Travel is required, roughly 30 to 50 percent depending on project cycles.
- Track and manage change control activities across multiple concurrent projects, building a sound understanding of how to apply technical, quality, and scientific principles to meet industry and customer requirements.
What You Bring
- BS/BA degree or three years of pharmaceutical or other regulated industry experience not directly related to pharmaceutical validation. Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred or equivalent military training.

- A self-starter who works independently once trained, dependable and professional on client sites.
