While previous automotive sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a proven track record in sales, customer service, business development, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting features, technology, and benefits.
- Present pricing, financing, leasing, and protection options professionally and accurately.
- Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, text messages, and email communications.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with prospective customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and previous customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge of vehicle inventory, features, and automotive technologies.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible retail schedule.
