JCG Transportation is hiring dependable CDL-A drivers to join our FedEx Ground team as full-time fill-in drivers. As a fill-in driver, you'll cover routes when drivers are on vacation, out sick, or otherwise unavailable. This is an on-call position, so flexibility and reliability are essential. Fill-in drivers are given first consideration for dedicated runs as they become available. Pay Guaranteed weekly pay Solo: $1,200/week guaranteed Team: $1,500/week guaranteed. If your mileage pay exceeds the guaranteed amount, you'll be paid the higher amount.
