Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth workflow and clear communication
- Monitor project schedules using Procore
- Oversee quality control processes by inspecting work against blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Manage site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections
- Review contracts, change orders, and construction estimates to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgets
- Utilize tools such as Procore for project documentation, measurement verification, and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in construction environments with a strong understanding of open, commercial remodeling
- Proficiency in construction management software Procore
- Solid knowledge of contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures on construction sites
- Hands-on experience with construction site activities such as site layout, material handling and quality control
- Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders
