Troon Country Club, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).
Key Responsibilities:
Manages the food and beverage department daily.
Provides daily oversight of food and beverage accounting procedures.
Maintains cost controls and conducts monthly inventory.
Manages food and beverage orders.
Trains staff on quality assurance and appropriate guest service.
Performs daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations.
Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local and state laws.
Follows correct closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices.
Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout all applicable facilities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
