We are seeking a versatile, autonomous Hospitalist Physician (MD/DO) to join our rural healthcare facility. In this critical role, you will manage adult inpatient care across both our Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) floors and our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Because rural medicine demands a broad clinical scope, you will serve as the primary coordinator of care for acute, chronic, and critically ill patients. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, perform essential bedside procedures, and stabilize critical patients for local treatment or transfer. This position is ideal for an adaptable clinician who thrives in a close-knit community setting and values practicing broad-spectrum inpatient medicine.
