iNc EMPIRE, LLC - a preferred recruiting partner, is seeking a Manufacturing Leader with Supervisor level experience and work experience with foundries. You will be responsible for shift day-to-day execution of the department, safety, quality, floor-level leadership, and ERP management. You will be working in a very fast-paced environment. You will get to work in one of the highest-producing facilities in the country at their scale.
This is a 2nd Shift Position
Monday - Friday - 3:30pm – 11:30pm
Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
What experience/knowledge are we seeking?
· Supervising production employees in a foundry environment
· Metal melting and furnace operations
· Alloy preparation and identification
· Pouring molten metal into molds
· Casting processes
· Heat treatment/hardening
· Quality inspections and defect analysis
· Material handling and production flow
· Safety procedures related to hot metal operations
· SAP D365 is a BIG plus!
Education
· Bachelor Degree preferred

Training
When you join this team, success is a must. You will go through a rigorous training program, up to 8 months, to ensure you are fully knowledgeable on the plant operations.

· This is a hot, rigid environment (Temps 100 degree Fahrenheit, 40 degrees Celsius weather every day)
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
