- Lead and manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Guide Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Monitor project financial performance, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Review and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with field leadership to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule expectations.
- Participate in business development efforts, client presentations, and project pursuits.
- Provide regular project updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across project teams.
