Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, taking drink orders and providing recommendations.
- Ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements by checking identification.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, adhering to responsible service guidelines.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and friendly service.
- Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and events to assist guests effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred; however, we welcome individuals eager to learn and grow.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Florida.
