We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic countertop fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to fabricate natural stone and quartz countertops according to specifications. This role requires an individual with an attention for detail. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a team player that posseses a positive, can-do attitude. Forklift certification a plus!
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines according to programmed specifications.
- Fabricate countertops while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members in a warehouse environment to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a stone fabrication facility.
- Strong knowledge of tooling, hand tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while meeting production deadlines.
- Keeping a clean and organized work space.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
