What We’re Looking For:
The HVAC Installation Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality residential HVAC
installations while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong
technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork, continuous improvement,

Key Responsibilities for the HVAC Installation Technician:
- Install, commission, and service residential HVAC systems including boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, ductwork, gas lines, and related components.
- Perform code-compliant installations, system setup, airflow adjustments, refrigerant procedures, and final testing.
- Deliver a professional 5-star customer experience through clear communication, quality workmanship, and post-installation walkthroughs.
- Maintain clean, organized jobsites, vehicles, tools, and materials while working collaboratively with team members and management.
Qualifications for the HVAC Installation Technician:
- Residential HVAC installation experience required.
- Strong knowledge of boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, ductwork, gas piping, wiring, and system commissioning.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record preferred.
- EPA Universal Certification and trade licenses (Gas Fitter, Plumbing, Electrical, or Sheet Metal) preferred.
