Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
Lead the preparation of wills and other wealth transfer documents for clients with varying family circumstances and levels of wealth.
Prepare wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents tailored to clients' unique family dynamics and financial objectives.
- Counsel individuals and families on estate planning, wealth preservation, probate administration, and strategies for complex estates.
- Draft, revise, and finalize comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related instruments.
- Oversee all phases of trust and estate administration, including fiduciary accountings and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Stay current on developments in estate planning, taxation, elder law, and asset protection to provide informed, strategic legal counsel.
Required:
NJ Bar- Recent trusts & estates experience
