Key Responsibilities:
- Load/unload tools and materials
- Assist with jobsite setup and
- cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools
- Follow directions from senior crew members
- Learn safety procedures and
- marine construction basics
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary
(construction or outdoor work preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to work hard, learn, and work in/around water
Titles: Marine Construction Laborer, Junior Dock Builder
Salary Range: $35,000 – $45,000/year
Hourly: ~$16–$22/hr
Notes: Entry-level with basic training or on-the-job learning; no
certifications required.
