Job Position Summary: Responsible for the calibration program through the management and tracking conducted by 3rd party calibration vendors.
Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

2+ yrs of Gauge Calibration experience.

Organizational skills to keep work and area organized.

Knowledge of calibration standards and quality management systems.

Proficient in using calibration software and data analysis tools.

Time Management Skills

Basic Computer Skills including Microsoft Office

Strong attention to details.

Ability to effectively communicate with fellow employees and customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
-
Ensure adherence to safety regulation and standard. Follow Safety culture and wear PPE when required.

Oversee the calibration and maintenance of all measurement instruments and equipment.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including ISO and other quality management systems.

Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve any equipment issues impacting product quality.

Manage calibration records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Responsible for the calibration and/or set-up of standards and non-standard gauges.

Required to pass the Certified Operator Program and maintain certification status. (Tell Tool Only)

Follow 6s Procedures and maintains a clean organized work area.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
-
Normal Production environments, subject to high noise levels from operating machines; physical hazards from moving equipment and sharp machine parts; breathing fumes, dust and mist; skin exposure to oil and cutting fluid; exposure to sharp metal edges, and forklifts.

May be asked to travel back and forth between Southwick and Westfield facilities.
Physical Requirements:

May have to lift up to thirty (40) pounds at a time, as required.

Must be able to push, pull, reach overhead, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend and/or sit for long periods of time.
