Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the property using CCTV surveillance systems to monitor activity and identify potential security threats.
- Control access points by verifying resident and visitor credentials, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the premises.
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders.
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity or breaches in real-time.
- Enforce community rules and regulations through conflict management techniques while maintaining professionalism and calmness.
- Document incidents thoroughly in reports, including theft prevention measures, trespassing alerts, or safety hazards.
- Assist with loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism activities and implementing preventative strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on conflict management and surveillance.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable; willingness to obtain if not already certified.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, alarm monitoring, and loss prevention techniques.
- Strong understanding of security procedures within multi-family residential environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle stressful situations confidently and professionally.
