Lube Technician
Location: Liberty Ford – Maple Heights, OH
We are looking for a Lube Technician to join our growing team at Liberty Ford. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within the automotive service field. Experience in an express or quick lane environment is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing basic maintenance services and ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely.
Compensation: $18/hour and up

Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and filter replacements
Conduct multi-point inspections and report vehicle concerns to Service Advisor or Technician team
Assist with basic vehicle repairs as needed under supervision
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow dealership and manufacturer safety and service procedures
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Automotive experience preferred, but not required (training available)
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair concepts
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools
