As a Bank Teller, you’ll be the face of the credit union, helping members achieve their financial goals while providing an outstanding experience every time.
What You’ll Do
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently for checking, savings, and loan accounts.
- Assist members with inquiries, new accounts, and service requests—always with a friendly, professional approach.
- Promote credit union products and services by identifying member needs and offering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations while safeguarding member information.
- Maintain and balance ATMs, troubleshoot minor issues, and support branch operations.
- Build trust and meaningful connections through every interaction.
- Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly.
Flexibility Matters
Candidates may be asked to work at any of our three branch locations:
- Lab Branch – Washington, DC
- Mark Center – Alexandria, VA
- Waldorf Branch – Waldorf, MD

Education
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Experience
Six months to two years of experience in a Credit Union or other financial institution is required.
