La Pinkeria is looking for an experienced, passionate, and dependable Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining food quality, training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional meal.
Responsibilities
- Lead all daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and oversee the production of all menu items.
- Train, coach, and manage kitchen staff.
- Maintain consistency in recipes, portions, and presentation.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are followed.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and minimize food waste.
- Create prep schedules and maintain an organized kitchen.
- Work closely with ownership to develop seasonal specials and improve menu offerings.
- Manage food costs and labor efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and positive work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
