Behavioral Achievements is expanding, and we’re looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who’s ready to make a meaningful difference. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities and wants to grow within a structured, supportive clinical environment.
As part of our team, you’ll work under the guidance of experienced BCBAs who prioritize collaboration, clear communication, and high‑quality client care. If you’re dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn, this position offers a strong foundation for long‑term professional development.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, one‑to‑one ABA services based on client treatment plans
- Record precise behavioral data throughout each session to support clinical decision‑making
- Assist clients with daily living skills including feeding, dressing, grooming, and other essential routines
- Participate in structured teaching sessions targeting communication, social interaction, functional skills, and behavior reduction
- Work closely with supervising BCBAs to review progress and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA requirements at all times
- Complete session notes using clear, accurate medical terminology
- Foster a calm, supportive environment that encourages learning and skill development
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Familiarity with ABA principles, behavior‑support strategies, or special‑education practices
- Comfort assisting with ADLs in behavioral‑health or educational settings
- Strong attention to detail when collecting and interpreting behavioral data
- Understanding of terminology commonly used in behavioral health
- Active RBT certification, or eligibility to obtain certification upon hire for applicants who have completed the 40‑hour training

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
