Responsibilities:
- Manage all new and used vehicle sales
- Develop and coach department managers
- Monitor profitability and performance
- Improve CSI and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory strategy
- Work closely with executive leadership
Qualifications:
- Automotive GSM experience required
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven track record of increasing profitability
- Excellent communication skills
- CDK/CDJR experience preferred
