Property Damage Technician Position
We work in a team-driven environment handling property damage remediation and restoration. As you grow within the position and the company, you will be able to work independently and, eventually, lead others. We have a proven system for training and career development that can bring you to earning top dollar in the field and growing with expanding knowledge in the construction industry.
· Respond to assignments in 2-4 hours, participate in a rotating on call schedule.
· Document Damages in a mobile app.
· Remove effected material through Demo and disposal.
· Install and monitor drying equipment. (heavy duty air movers, Large Dehumidifiers)
· Clean and sanitize indoor environments to ensure safety of occupants.
· Communicate with office personnel and insurance professionals.
Requirements of Property Damage Technicians:
*MUST SPEAK ENGLISH*
· Training and certifications are provided
· IICRC certifications are a plus
· Participate in a shared, on-call rotation
· A good driving record and a current license
· Background Screening
Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
Schedule:
· 8 hour shift
· On call
Supplemental Pay:
· Bonus opportunities

Experience:
· Water damage restoration: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
· Driver's License (Required)
