As a Steward, you will play a vital role in the cleanliness and organization of our culinary operation, helping ensure a seamless and safe dining experience for our guests and team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the cleanliness of all hotel kitchenware including china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils
Operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment as directed
Remove trash and recyclables and ensure kitchen and stewarding areas are clean, organized, and safe
Restock supplies and assist with food preparation support as needed
Follow proper sanitation and safety procedures in compliance with food safety standards
Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to support overall kitchen efficiency
Provide courteous service and assistance to colleagues and occasionally guests
