Kinetic Chiropractic & Massage is growing, and we're excited to add a Saturday Front Office Receptionist to our team!
Our clinic is located in a beautiful, welcoming space in Post Falls, where we pride ourselves on providing exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in creating an outstanding patient experience.
Schedule
- Saturdays: Approximately 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Opportunities to help cover occasional weekday evening shifts are available but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule
- Verify insurance benefits and complete insurance pre-authorizations
- Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with medical billing and administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office
- Work independently while collaborating with our chiropractic, massage therapy, and rehabilitation team
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Dependable, professional, and positive attitude
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Medical office or billing experience is preferred but not required, we're happy to train the right person.
