As part of our Financial Planning Mastery Program, you will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing support, and hands-on coaching from experienced advisors as you develop your expertise and build your practice.
This position requires a commitment to becoming fully licensed (Life & Health Insurance, SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) and residency in the Greater Boston area.

Earning Potential & Benefits:
- Year 1: $90-125K (performance-based, uncapped)
- Year 4+: $250K–$500K+ for top performers

What You'll Do
- Build and expand your professional network through relationship development and referrals
- Establish and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust and service
- Conduct fact-finding meetings and needs analyses to understand clients' goals and priorities
- Develop customized financial strategies designed to help clients achieve their objectives
- Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through training, mentorship, and professional development
- Collaborate with experienced advisors and team members to deliver exceptional client experiences

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
